My name is Matt Caldwell and I founded McCall Property Services and McCall Outfitter in 2015 on the principles of providing superior customer service to both my homeowners and my tenants. I have been involved in many different aspects of the real estate market for over 20 years. My wife and I moved to McCall in 2007 in pursuit of a better quality of life. Before that I spent nine years competing and working in the ski and snowboard industry living in the mountain town of Mammoth Lakes, California. After receiving my Bachelor’s Degree from California State University, Fullerton I quickly realized that quality of life and where my future wife and I would raise our family meant more to me than any job I would ever have. We both quit our jobs and moved to McCall, Idaho as newlyweds in search of a fresh start. Since then I have taken on many roles in our community which I am very proud of. I started out tuning skis at Hometown Sports, obtained my Fire Fighter I and my EMT-B at McCall Fire Department and shortly after purchased a real estate publishing franchise. I soon came to realize that I needed to go back to my roots and focus on real estate and my real estate publishing franchise gave me the stepping stone to do so. I started working for a corporate vacation rental property management company in 2012 that came into McCall ready to take the vacation rental market by storm. As an opinionated entrepreneur I quickly got fed up with the corporate mentality, and parted ways with that company. This is where McCall Property Services and McCall Outfitter came to fruition. Since February 2015 my business has grown very fast and I now have over $40,000,000 in assets under management. I am honored that so many homeowners have put their trust in me to look after one of their most valuable assets.
